Tour Itinerary
The itinerary begins with your arrival at the airport in Chiang Mai and ends with your transfer to the Chiang Mai airport for your departure home. When making your travel arrangements, please keep in mind that the majority of flights to Thailand from the United States arrive the following day and flights back to the United States arrive the same day.

Day 2

Beginner Thai Cooking Class: DURATION: 09.00 - 15.00 (daily)
The course begins with a morning activity such as shopping at the market an introduction to Thai ingredients, making Thai Curry paste or vegetable carving. Then, we will cook 4 dishes. Each dish will be demonstrated by the teachers who all speak excellent English.
Sightseeing at City and Temple Tour (half day)
First visit WAT PHRATHAT DOI SUTHEP, the sacred temple with a challenging flight of steps which are flanked by Naga Serpents. After that you proceed to WAT CHEDI LUANG, the site of a formerly massive pagoda that was unfortunately destroyed in the great earthquake of 1545. Then visit WAT PHRA SINGH, the lovely Lai Kam chapel that houses the revered PHRA SINGH BUDDHA image.

Day 3
Chiang Mai |
Visit a jungle area north of Chiang mai where there is an Elephant camp. You are shown how the elephants are trained from young age onwards. The pupils will then demonstrate what they have learned. Afterwards a visit to an ORCHID FARM is on the program.

Transfer to airport for your homeward flight or next destination in Southeast Asia. Please note that depending your flight schedule, you may need to spend one extra night in Bangkok to connect to your flight home.
